The Junior Suite was spacious and tastefully decorated, with stunning views that made every morning feel like a dream. The noise from Rue Francois 1er can be disruptive, especially for those trying to rest after a long day. The shower pressure leaves much to be desired, and there were inconsistent turn-down service incidents which detract from the expected luxury feel. Breakfast options were limited, with items running out quickly and not being restocked promptly, which could leave you hungry if you arrive late. Additionally, the carpet in my room had stains that maintained a less-than-impressive vibe for a five-star place.

My experience started with a messy room that left me disappointed. Despite staying for two nights, the carpet was dirty and showed stains that weren’t cleaned properly. The furniture felt worn, with scratches and damage, making it hard to feel like I was in a 5-star hotel.
